Team Healthy Resolve is a family of people that work together, train together and support each other toward the common goal of helping others! When I first started on my journey, I never could have imagined the impact that coaching would have on my life. Not only have I had the privilege of helping so many find their health and fitness, I now have this team working with me on the same mission! Help us end the trend of obesity and poor health. What is a Beachbody Coach?
Team Healthy Resolve is a group of people, just like you, that are passionate about health, fitness and helping others. You do not need to be a health and fitness expert to support others in their dreams. We work with our clients to find the best solutions to fit their lifestyle. We support, motivate and provide accountability through these groups. Challenge groups are my favorite part of coaching. It is where I first started to see success in my own journey, before I became a coach myself. I finally found a place where I felt safe, motivated and accountable to my own goals and I loved the feeling of us all working towards the same goal! The challenge groups serve as accountability and support and in my opinion are the key to what makes our clients so successful. I found even more accountability once I became a coach myself! I wanted to practice what I was preaching, as they say.

Being a Beachbody Coach is NOT...
A get rich quick scheme. If you are looking for a way to make money fast and that is your only goal, then this may not be the thing for you. Coaches should not only be passionate about their own health and fitness, their focus should be on helping others reach their goals. It is hard work and you get out of it what you put in. That said I can promise you that if you are willing to put in the time and effort, it will most definitely be worth it! Can you imagine what your life could be like a year from now? Being a product of the product
I have done P90X, P90X3, Insanity, T25, Les Mills Combat, Turbo Jam, 21 Day Fix, and Les Mills Pump. I drink Shakeology every day and work to eat clean. I do not ‘sell’ the product but I work out daily and share my successes and failures. I promote Beachbody because it works but I never want to sound like an infomercial! :) I have watched the changes I have made in my life affect so many in my family. It truly is amazing the influence that sharing health and fitness can have on others!

By joining Team Healthy Resolve, you are backed by all of us! You will be added to a private Facebook group where you will receive updates, information, tips and support from all of the others on our team. You will also have the opportunity to work through an apprenticeship with me to help get you started on the right foot! You will not have to run your first challenge group yourself. You can be part of mine, invite a few of your own people and see how it goes. There is also new coach trainings happening every month. You will not have to do this alone!
